Cancellation made 3–6 days before check-in:
→ 50% refund -
Cancellation made less than 72 hours before check-in:
→ No refund
2. No-Show Policy
If the guest does not arrive on the check-in date without prior notice:
→ No refund will be provided.
3. Early Departure
If a guest checks out before the scheduled departure date:
→ No refund for unused nights.
4. Event & Group Bookings
For corporate events, weddings, or large group bookings:

5. Refund Processing Time
