REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellations

  • Cancellation made 7 days or more before check-in:
    → 100% refund of advance amount

  • Cancellation made 3–6 days before check-in:
    → 50% refund

  • Cancellation made less than 72 hours before check-in:
    → No refund

2. No-Show Policy

If the guest does not arrive on the check-in date without prior notice:

→ No refund will be provided.

3. Early Departure

If a guest checks out before the scheduled departure date:

→ No refund for unused nights.

4. Event & Group Bookings

For corporate events, weddings, or large group bookings:

  • Advance amount is non-refundable

  • Date changes are subject to availability

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on bank/payment provider

6. Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances:

  • Management may offer rescheduling options

  • Refund decisions will be at management discretion
